The fantastic Sacred Valley Private Tour begins with a pickup from your hotel at 7:30 am and head towards the Sacred Valley of the Incas. We’ll travel in our private vehicle to the village of Písac, just one hour from Cusco. Here, we find the distinctive handicraft market, where highly skilled residents design and also sell traditional hand-made articles. Moreover, Pisac also offers its delicious artisanal bread baked in clay ovens, and its seasonal fresh corn served with cheese or hot chili sauce. Additionally, you’ll have a 1-hour guided tour of the archaeological site at Pisac.

After, we’ll continue our journey towards Urubamba for our lunch break. Later, the Sacred Valley Tour takes us for 30 minutes and visit Ollantaytambo with our guide. Most scholars call the place as the last living Incan village because of its ancient buildings are still in use today. Apart from this, Ollantaytambo is in a lovely valley surrounded by mountains that hide some of the most impressive sites in the Urubamba valley. The extensive ruin also features many levels and massive stone structures such as the Temple of the Sun, the Royal Hall, the Sun Dial and the baths of the Princess.

Next, we continue our journey to Chinchero the last stop in our sacred valley private tour itinerary. Here we will visit the colonial village and its archeological site. The Incas constructed Chinchero on a series of large platforms, probably for agricultural purposes. Historically, the ancient stone construction belonged to the Inca Tupac Yupanqui. However, the Spaniards sadly demolished to build the present day Catholic Church which now lies on Inca foundations.

Finally, our Sacred Valley tours ends at about 5:00 pm at your Cusco hotel or downtown restaurants.
